Ingredients of Meatballs
- It's of ground beef.
- Prepare of ground pork.
- It's of ground lamb.
- Prepare of eggs.
- You need of Bread crumbs (Panko).
- You need of Garlic cloves finely chopped.
- It's of Calabrian chili paste or red curry paste.
- Prepare of Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- You need of Milk.
- You need of bushel Parsley (rough chop).
- It's of Salt & pepper each (then to taste in sauce).
- You need of (mix in some leftover peppers finely chopped too?).
- Prepare of Butter the pan.
Meatballs step by step
- Put all the meat in a bowl and coat with eggs.
- Once sticky with eggs, add the salt, pepper, garlic, chili paste and mix by hand..
- Add the Parmigiano-Reggiano and breadcrumbs and mix.
- Then add the milk and keep mixing.
- Finally add a lot of parsley and mix in.
- Coat a large baking sheet with butter and stack the meatballs tightly on the pan (45 grams each, about an ice cream scoop size).
- Roast them at 475^F for 6-7 minutes, rotating the pan once or twice (or fry in a pan).
